Big Red Curtain is a local independent performing arts school and casting agency based in Yorkshire. Established in 1997 our stage school has over 15years of industry experience and specialises inhigh quality tuition of music, drama and dance for 6 to 18year olds in our TheatreWorks Sessions. Our stage schools are located in Leeds, Wetherby and Wakefield. We are proud to be a local independent stage school with a group of dedicated local teachers that work at all of our Yorkshire Stage Schools.
Dimtris Kyriakidis is based in Doncaster (South Yorkshire - UK). He released his first single Air-Hunt in 2010, which has been getting very positive feedback from people in various countries. 2011finds him cooperating with singer extraordinaire Goran Edman (mostly known through his collaborations with Yngwie Malmsteen and John Norum guitarist of the band Europe) on some of the material of an album that was finished in 2013, but is yet to be released.

The Spanish nuns (15th century) tuned the middle string of their guitar to their own voice. The lowest comfortable note they could sing was equal to the 'open' middle string. The 3 string guitar (15thcentury) was used to tune the keyboard instruments of that time. The "BLACK KEYS" take up no space. There are 35 "BLACK KEYS" therefore the overall length of the piano / keyboard is reduced by 41% to 1.18meters. Also the "OCTAVE" is reduced to 17cms.

He is also Director of the Senior Concert Band at York Music Centre.
Steuart Hedington graduated from the Leeds College of Music having gained plenty of practical experience as well as the musical education. He played in a Charles Mingus tribute band, and then helpedto form the 'Headfirst Quintet', culminating into his own quartet later on. He has become an established saxophone and jazz improvisation teacher with many successful students.

I studied piano and 'cello at the Royal Academy of Music and then obtained my Post-Graduate music teaching qualification at Durham University. My career began in the maintained sector, teaching musicand leading extra-curricular musical activities to 11 - 16 year olds at Chellaston School, Derbyshire.
Pocklington Music was starting on the 1st September 1999 as a music school and retail shop by Gina Campbell and her husband Steve, The original shop premises was located in a small parade of shops inthe Pavement, opposite the church in Pocklington. The business grew and in 2003 the retail side of the business was sold to Guitar and Banjo tutor Christopher Gledhill. Gina continued to run her school of music from above the shop.
