I began having lessons in Jamaica when I was very young. Moving to the UK interrupted my lessons for a while but I kept playing & taught myself to Grade 4 standard. With the help of a patient teacherand other mentors I was able to complete the remaining grades & receive my DipLCM. I had many opportunities to perform i.e. during official school events, presentations & private concerts.
