I offer private flexible piano tuition to help students of all ages and abilities achieve their goals. I am passionate about the piano and about teaching. If there is such a thing as the 'King of the instruments', I believe it is the piano. Its versatility, power and expressiveness compares to no other instrument. I delight in the progress my students make as they develop their abilities to play the piano and their general appreciation of (classical) music.

Octaves Yamaha Music Point was first established in 1985 by current proprietor Brett Hollingworth. This successful family business is located within Octaves Music Shop in Bridge Street, Walsall and now has a staff of seven which includes four teachers, providing both keyboard and guitar lessons to a total of over 200 students. Our comfortable air conditioned studios are fully equipped with the latest Yamaha instruments and all teachers are fully trained to teach the latest Yamaha courses.
Drum tutor Karen has been playing the drums for 20 years, during which time she has gained extensive experience in performing, recording and teaching. She has played with many different bands and musicians and has extensive live performance experience, playing nationwide as well as studio recording, radio and touring experience.
