About the Business
My name is Adam Nash and I am a 32 year old private music teacher focussing on Acoustic, Electric and Bass Guitar. I have been a private music teacher for over 10 years and spent time teaching in schools, performing with bands and working as a session musician.
I am CRB checked and a member of the Registry of Guitar Tutors (RGT).

Lessons
Lessons are taught mainly from my home studio in Matlock Bath. House calls are possible but at the added expense of the extra time taken for travel therefore this is not advised.
I primarily teach from a combination of my own material and the Rockschool Grade Books. Students will be initially taught using guitar tablature which is very easy to learn and then progress onto reading music if desired.
Lessons can range from 30 minutes for younger students or beginners extending to 45 minutes for more advanced students.
Students of any age are welcome but I recommend children start at around 8 years of age. I have also taught people well in to their retirement so please do not be put off if you are considering lessons later in life.
I teach all styles of Acoustic, Electric and Bass guitar but I consider myself especially proficient in Rock, Blues and Country.
