Tony Watterson Music Tuition

I am a gigging musician/entertainer (performing under the name of Tony Marchell) with over 30 years experience of entertaining in all types of music and venues, as well as over 15 years teaching experience.

I first walked onto a stage at the tender age of nine playing the harmonica in a school production. At age 11, I started accordion and guitar lessons. At age 13, I won the under 14's Northern Area Accordion competition and then achieved eighth place in the All Britain later that year.

By the age of 16, I was playing the guitar and accordion in various bands entertaining in pubs and clubs (my Dad was our manager and roady/driver.) I went "solo" by the time I was 18 and turned professional aged 20.
