The Piano Academy Skegness, Lincolnshire offers affordable, easy and rewarding music lessons for all ages and abilities. Cancellations:

If we are given 48 hours notice for pre booked holidays then we are happy to offer up to 2 alternative lesson times per term. However we cannot guarantee catch up lessons for cancelled lessons due to parties, sleepovers, sickness and other activity classes. Missed or on the day cancelled lessons are non-refundable and unfortunately we are not able to offer a catch up lesson in these circumstances. For lessons cancelled by your teacher then the Academy will attempt to provide a substitute teacher. If a substitute teacher is unavailable, then the teacher will promptly schedule a catch up lesson or offer a full refund.

Attendance:

It is very important to consistently attend your lessons each week to help maintain motivation and progress. Attending lessons even if you have not had a good practice week is vital. This is when a student will really benefit from having a lesson. We politely request that students arrive on time, as lesson times cannot be extended.
