The Northern School of Music, in Hartlepool, offers a wide range of music teaching services. Our aim is to provide the best quality tuition through experienced, qualified teachers.
Lessons are tailored to the individual, ensuring maximum progress for each student. As an established school, we have over 20 years teaching experience which we feel is reflected in our outstanding results.
We can boast over 98% pass rate in graded examinations-significantly higher than the national average. All ages and abilities are welcome. We operate a First Lesson Free policy on all our one to one music lessons.

The Northern School of Music's Guitar teachers can provide individual Electric Guitar lessons, Bass Guitar lessons, Classical Guitar lessons, Acoustic Guitar lessons and Ukulele lessons in your chosen musical style.
Guitarists can also get the opportunity to play live on stage, as part of our rock school, in one of our musical events staged throughout the year.
