Hounslow Music Service

The Hounslow Music Service was established in 1980 to provide instrumental lessons for the borough's young people. Today we have a team of 70 professional musicians who teach more than 8000 pupils in Hounslow schools every week. We provide a structured, progressive programme of bands, orchestras, ensembles and choirs for pupils outside school.

We also run the Saturday Morning Music School and organise concerts and festivals. Pupils from Hounslow have represented our borough in high profile events both locally and regionally. In March 2013 we performed at the Royal Festival Hall to an audience of more than 1200 people.
