About the Business
I am a full member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians, and have played the piano since I was about 6 years of age. I was classically trained, obtaining grade 7 with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
For the younger student, piano lessons are an ideal way to express feelings and emotions and build confidence. I am teaching from absolute beginner up to about grade 5. It isn't mandatory to do exams, so if a child just wants to learn the levels without entering exams then I am very happy to do that.
I find that piano lessons are a fabulous way to start a new hobby for the older student, to acquire a new skill and gain confidence with the piano. It is never too late to learn. At the moment all my students are mature and are learning fun music as well as classical.
