About the Business
Since graduating from King's College London I've obtained ABRSM diplomas in piano performance and piano teaching, and am working towards the same qualifications in singing education. I've been professionally trained in communication and teaching skills. As well as conducting private music lessons from home, I also teach piano and singing at Orchard and Southwold Primary schools in Hackney and work at Umbrella Music School in Walthamstow (my full CV is available on request, or you can find me on linkedin). I really enjoy my job and believe that learning music is a great way to challenge yourself regardless of whether it's your profession or a hobby because it's something that you can carry with you for the rest of your life. The benefits of learning a new instrument go beyond grades and exams, and it's great being able to help people meet their own personal goals.
