ALF Drum Studios

I provide lessons that cater for all ages and abilities- whether you're new to the drums or you're looking to brush up on your techniques, there's a lesson for you. The aim for each lesson is to improve and to have fun with your time in the studio. By teaching various sticking and bass drum techniques, you can develop your style in a multitude of genres, including specialisms in Rock, Progressive Rock and Funk.

I also offer additional tuition in djembe and other hand percussion. In addition to this, I offer teaching in recording using Roland V-Drum technology, SPD-S Sampling and Roland Octapad/MIDI technology. As well as tutoring in the practical side of percussion, I can provide lessons in sightreading and theory up to Grade 8. Under experienced tuition and using the Rockschool exam board, you will see fast and positive progression in your playing, in the genres and areas that you want to learn. By working to your individual learning style- you will soon see your drumming progressing.
